Opening Ceremony

We regret to inform you that due to the approaching inclement weather, we have made the difficult decision to change the venue of our Opening Ceremony. The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priority, and we want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event in a safe and comfortable environment.

The great news is that the new venue for the event will be the Painted Sky Ballroom located on the 4th floor of the Oklahoma City Convention Center at 100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109. The date and time of the event remain the same (6:00 PM-8:00 PM).

Rest assured, we have made all necessary arrangements to ensure that the event will be just as enjoyable and successful as originally planned. The Painted Sky Ballroom offers stunning views of the city and a spacious, fun atmosphere that will provide a wonderful setting for our event. We look forward to seeing you all there.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to come by our Welcome Desk at the Convention Center. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we hope to see you at the Opening Ceremonies tomorrow.

As a reminder, All athletes need to report to Halls C and D at 5:30 PM on Thursday to get staged for awards if they would like to be included in the March In of the Athletes.
